Maryam, a critically ill three-year-old in Gaza, has lost more than half her body weight due to an enlarged liver, kidneys and spleen, along with severe anaemia.
Her father holds WHO approval for treatment abroad, but she remains stuck in Gaza. Her family is urgently appealing for help to evacuate her for life-saving care.
