Authorities on the ground in Ukraine say Russia has launched 479 drones in an overnight attack, one of the largest assaults since the start of the war.
Former President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has said told Sky News that "assistance to Ukraine is not an act of charity, " but necessary to protect Europe.
