Amid protests urging a ceasefire and challenges to Israel’s blockade, the Paris Peace Forum is set to host the “Paris Call for the Two-State Solution, Peace and Regional Security” in the lead-up to the UN’s High-Level Conference in New York gathering Israeli, Palestinian, and global voices. For in-depth analysis and a deeper perspective, FRANCE 24’s Delano d’Souza welcomes Ali Abu Awwad, a leading Palestinian peace activist and passionate advocate for nonviolence. He is the founder of Taghyeer, a grassroots Palestinian movement dedicated to fostering nonviolent resistance as a path toward a just and lasting resolution to the conflict.
