Tucker Carlson says Epstein was “working on behalf” of Israel and Israel was “committing crimes” on American soil. Half of MAGA is attacking him for it

Must listen. Tucker just went off on the Jeffrey Epstein cover-up and his connection to Israel on Turning Point. Absolute fire. No one is allowed to say the foreign government Epstein was connected to was Israel because we have been cowed into thinking that that’s naughty. There is nothing wrong with saying that… “And I think the real answer is Jeffrey Epstein was working on behalf of intel services, probably not American. And we have every right to ask on whose behalf was he working? How does a guy go from being a math teacher at the Dalton School in the late seventies with no college degree to having multiple airplanes, a private island and the largest residential…house in Manhattan? Where did all the money come from? And, no one has ever gotten to the bottom of that because no one has ever tried. And moreover, it’s extremely obvious to anyone who watches that this guy had direct connections to a foreign government. Now, no one’s allowed to say that that foreign government is Israel because we have been… somehow cowed… into…thinking that that’s naughty. There is nothing wrong with saying that. There is nothing hateful about saying that. There’s nothing antisemitic about saying that.

There’s nothing even antisemitic about saying that. There’s nothing even antisemitic about saying that. I’ve spent my entire life pretty much in Washington where I knew and loved a number of people including one very close person who worked at CIA. That has never…prohibited me from saying, I think the CIA has done some horrible things. Murdered a bunch of people, participated in the murder of a sitting US president. It’s got a whole trail of crimes. That doesn’t make me a disloyal American. It doesn’t make me anti American in any sense. I was born here, my family’s been here for hundreds of years. I love this country, that’s why I live here. So, criticizing the behavior of a government agency does not make you a hater, it makes you a free person. It makes you a citizen. You’re allowed to do that…because you’re not a slave, you’re a citizen. And you have a right to expect that your government will not act against your interests and you have a right to demand that foreign governments not be allowed to act against your interests. That’s not creepy. It shouldn’t be forbidden. And yet, all of us have trained ourselves to believe that you can’t say that somehow. That that’s like too naughty and forbidden. And, the effect… of making that off limits has been to create a lot of resentment and I’ll say it, hate online.

Where people feel like they can’t just say, like, what the hell is this? You have the former Israeli prime minister living in your house… You have had all this contact with the foreign government. Were you working on behalf of Mossad? Were you running a blackmail operation on behalf of foreign government? By the way, every single person in Washington DC thinks that. I’ve never met anyone who doesn’t think that. I don’t know any of them that hate Israel, but no one feels they can say that. Why? And I think the longer that we play along with it, the more subterranean and creepy and hateful the conversation actually becomes. So, I think it’s better just to say it right out loud. Did this happen? And of course that question has been asked to the government of Israel and their answer is, we’re not going to tell you. And I think our answer should be, no no As long as we’re sending you money, if you were committing crimes on our soil, we have an absolute right to know, did you do this or not?”

Tucker Carlson’s Epstein-Mossad Claims Ignite Fierce Backlash from Pro-Israel Voices

In a fiery speech at Turning Point USA’s Student Action Summit on July 11, 2025, Tucker Carlson reignited long-simmering debates about Jeffrey Epstein’s mysterious operations, alleging the convicted sex offender was likely working for Israel’s Mossad in a blackmail scheme targeting U.S. elites. Carlson argued that Epstein’s rapid rise from a math teacher to a billionaire with private islands and jets was inexplicable without foreign intelligence backing, specifically pointing to Israel. He emphasized that questioning such ties isn’t antisemitic but a citizen’s right, claiming “every single person in Washington thinks that” yet fears reprisal.

The remarks, met with applause from the crowd, have drawn sharp criticism from prominent pro-Israel figures within conservative circles, exposing rifts in the MAGA movement over foreign policy and loyalty.Leading the charge is Laura Loomer, a far-right activist and self-described “investigative journalist” known for her unyielding support of Donald Trump and aggressive online tactics. Loomer, who has a history of promoting conspiracy theories and was once banned from multiple platforms for Islamophobic rhetoric, lambasted Carlson on X (formerly Twitter) shortly after his speech. She accused him of “attacking Israel and spewing his usual anti-Jewish rhetoric” while speaking at TPUSA, a group with significant Jewish donors. Loomer tied Carlson’s comments to his recent criticisms of Trump and alleged sympathy for Iran’s regime, calling the appearance “shameful.”

This isn’t Loomer’s first clash with Carlson; in June 2025, she escalated a MAGA civil war by claiming he was “controlled by Muslims” and funded by Qatar, a wild accusation stemming from his interviews with anti-Israel voices.
Her attacks frame Carlson’s Epstein claims as part of a broader anti-Israel agenda, potentially alienating Trump’s base.Eyal Yakoby, a 23-year-old UPenn graduate and vocal defender of Judeo-Christian values, has also emerged as a key critic. Yakoby, who gained prominence combating campus antisemitism and has appeared on CNN and Fox News, dismissed Carlson’s allegations as baseless propaganda. In multiple X posts, he highlighted Carlson’s inconsistency: demanding evidence on Epstein while downplaying Iran’s threats against Trump. Yakoby accused Carlson of “just asking questions” as a veneer for pushing unfounded opinions, suggesting his post-October 7, 2023, focus on Israel conspiracies benefits America’s enemies.

Yakoby’s critiques resonate with younger conservatives wary of isolationism, positioning Carlson’s remarks as divisive rather than truth-seeking. Dan Burmawi, founder of Project Exodus USA—a nonprofit aiding persecuted Christians in the Middle East—joined the fray, accusing Carlson and allies like Candace Owens of timed anti-Israel revelations post-October 7. Burmawi, a political theologian with expertise in Middle East affairs, argued on X that such claims mask outright hatred for Israel, not genuine inquiry. He mocked the “great Mossad conspiracy” narrative as opportunistic, urging transparency: “Just say it plainly: you hate Israel.”

Burmawi’s background in defending Judeo-Christian alliances amplifies his view that Carlson’s speech undermines U.S.-Israel ties, especially amid ongoing regional tensions.Daniel Cohen, host of The Daniel Cohen Show on Real Life Network and a three-time Emmy winner, condemned Carlson’s comments as “shameful” and “irresponsible.” As a Jewish follower of Jesus with a focus on biblical prophecy, Cohen labeled the Mossad-Epstein link “textbook propaganda” lacking evidence, criticizing TPUSA for platforming it.
His response echoes concerns from Evangelical circles, where support for Israel remains strong but increasingly challenged by younger demographics. These attackers share pro-Israel stances and Trump loyalty, yet their criticisms reveal MAGA fractures over Epstein’s files—recently reviewed by Attorney General Pam Bondi, sparking further controversy.

Loomer has demanded Bondi’s firing over perceived cover-ups, tying it to Carlson’s narrative.
Broader backlash includes figures like Mark Levin, indirectly referenced in supportive posts, who have historically clashed with Carlson on foreign policy. The uproar underscores shifting Republican views: polls show declining Israel support among under-50 conservatives since Gaza.
Carlson’s defenders applaud his candor, but critics warn it fuels hate and division. As Trump navigates his administration, this debate tests MAGA’s unity on intelligence, aid, and allegiance. – Sgt K, Assistant editor at Whatfinger

  • It wasn’t “anti-jewish.” It was pro-American and at worst anti-Israel. You need to learn to separate “Jewish” from “Israel.” You can be a Jew and still be bad. Just because you are a Jew, doesn’t make you Israeli. Saying that doesn’t make you antisemitic. – Rob C
  • You need to step back and come to grips with how Israel, the government, is separate and apart from the Jewish people. Just like all other countries you don’t throw in all the Chinese people when you highlight how corrupt the CCP actually is. The government of Israel has some very serious problems and they are likely to be exposed as we cleanse our country of corruption here in the USA. America First means we kowtow to no one, including Israel…no more… – Greg M
  • Shameful. Tucker Carlson casually suggests without a shred of evidence that Jeffrey Epstein was working for Israel, possibly the Mossad, while speaking at a Turning Point USA event. This is so disappointing. It’s irresponsible to platform Tucker. He’s articulate and passionate but this is textbook propaganda. – Daniel Cohen
  • Laura stop that is not what Tucker said. I watched the entire speech. Why are you so sensitive? Tucker said he supports Israel but he wants honesty. Don’t you? Or are you and I supposed to blindly follow the Israeli narrative instead of looking and questioning from an Old Testament perspective? – The Truth lives On
