A New York skyscraper that houses some of America’s well-known financial institutions has become the latest scene of a mass shooting. A gunman has opened fire inside the building, killing at least four people. The assailant, identified as a 27-year old from Las Vegas, then turned the gun on himself. Selina Downes reports.
