Italy’s Albania migrant plan is facing another setback after Europe’s top court has ruled countries can’t be deemed safe, if they don’t offer adequate protection to the entire population. Furthermore, those affected must have the chance to challenge any decision. It means the process could end up taking much longer than hoped. TRT Worlds Victoria Innes reports.
