Palestinians say Israeli forces once again opened fire as they waited for food aid near the same distribution sites visited by US officials in southern Gaza on Friday. President Donald Trump sent his team to see the work of the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, an Israeli-run aid group that has faced criticism for deadly incidents involving starving civilians. Since GHF began operations in May, nearly 1,400 people seeking aid have been killed near its sites. Selina Downes reports.
