Donald Trump has once again delayed imposing hefty tariffs on China, announcing another three-month delay just hours before the last agreement between the world’s two largest economies was due to expire. Alicia Garcia-Herrero, Asia Pacific chief economist from Natixis Bank, believes China is winning the trade war.
