At least 320 people have lost their lives in Pakistan and some 60 in Indian administered Kashmir after flooding, with rescuers struggling to reach several remote areas. Experts warn that climate change is accelerating glacial melting and intensifying monsoons, resulting in flash floods that strike with little warning. Bassam Bounenni has the story.
