Donald Trump has ruled out sending troops to Ukraine as part of any ‘security guarantee’ in the event of a peace deal with Russia. The US President was speaking to American media following his meeting with European leaders at the White House on Monday. They briefed the wider ‘coalition of the willing’ on Tuesday about the meeting and also talked about next steps towards any potential deal. Paul Hawkins reports.
