A man burned an American flag outside the White House on Monday and was hauled away in handcuffs. It happened just hours after US President Donald Trump signed an executive order calling for the arrest of anyone who desecrates the flag. But this comes despite a US Supreme Court ruling that says flag burning is protected. Andy Roesgen has the story.
