Germany says Russia is the greatest threat to Europe’s security. That’s as its cabinet approved a draft bill which, if successful, would introduce voluntary military service. It comes as the German leader met with several of his European counterparts in Moldova, where they fear Russia could interfere in the upcoming elections. TRT World’s Victoria Innes reports.
