Shadow Home Secretary, Chris Philp, responds to the Epping hotel ruling as the Government wins appeal against Bell Hotel closure for asylum seekers.
He argued that in the "nine months before the general election", the Tories closed down "200 asylum hotels", and therefore had that rate of closure continued, the rest would have been closed.
"The reason the Labour government is still using hotels is because they have lost control of our borders," he continued.
