TRT World went to the UK’s Dover to meet Daniel Jackson, a British-Australian 20-year-old who founded the self-declared nation of Verdis in 2019 on land between Serbia and Croatia.
Explaining that Croatia is barring him from re-entering Verdis, he runs the nation in exile with its own government, insignia and passports.
