Tens of thousands of military reservists in Israel are due to be drafted today in the biggest call-up since the war in Gaza began.
Israel recently unveiled a plan for its army to take control of Gaza City, despite widespread international and domestic opposition.
Israeli media said the call-up is facing challenges as fewer IDF reservists are prepared to report for duty after nearly two years of war and repeated rounds of service.
