Aysenur Ezgi Eygi, Rachel Corrie, Shireen Abu Akleh — in recent history, at least 11 US citizens have been killed by Israeli soldiers or settlers, including eight since October 7 and two just this summer.
Their families say the US government has done nothing to seek justice, refusing to open independent investigations or impose sanctions on those responsible.
So one question remains: how long will the US allow Israel to kill its own citizens with total impunity?
