Nearly 200 people have been arrested across France as the "Block Everything" movement kicked off on September 10.
The grassroots protests, organised via social media, urged citizens to “block everything” in opposition to outgoing Prime Minister Francois Bayrou’s national budget plan, part of President Macron’s longstanding austerity policies.
