British Prime Minister Keir Starmer has dismissed his ambassador to the United States amid new revelations about the social circle of the disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein.
Starmer had been under mounting political pressure regarding Peter Mandelson after US lawmakers released a book on Monday that had been compiled years earlier for Epstein’s 50th birthday. The book contained photos and a handwritten note from Mandelson that described Epstein as his ‘best pal.’
