Croatia and Slovenia have just signed a new military cooperation deal, adding to Albania, Kosovo, and Croatia’s new military agreement, which drew criticism from Serbia. It said it would mark the start of an arms race in the region. But Serbia has produced a military agreement of its own with Hungary.
