A decision by the US Supreme Court has given a boost to Donald Trump’s migrant crackdown, and brought new fear to many communities. Judges ruled that federal agents can stop people if they appear to be Latino or speak Spanish. In Los Angeles, home to the largest Hispanic community in the US, that’s cast a shadow over Mexican Independence Day celebrations. Martin Markovits reports.
