President Donald Trump announced that US forces have struck a third boat allegedly carrying drugs from Venezuela. The US is increasing its naval presence in the southern Caribbean and surrounding waters. Venezuelan officials have called for a UN investigation into the strikes as world leaders convene in New York for the General Assembly. Danielle Neri reports.
