Preliminary results show President Maia Sandu’s pro-European Party of Action and Solidarity is headed for victory in Moldova’s parliamentary elections. There are also allegations of voting irregularities. The vote is seen as critical in aligning the country either towards the EU or Russia. Daniel Padwick reports.
