Winnie Byany, executive director of UN AIDS spoke to France 24 on Tête à Tête, to comment the recent evolution of AIDS cases around the world, as a new medecine called Lenacapavire has been developped by the United States. However, the inconstitency of americain and european funding, puts the lives of people at risk, especially at a time when the number of victims is growing. Last year, "1.3 million new infections" were recorded, especially in Africa.
