Nine-year-old Ratib lost his mother and leg in an Israeli strike on Deir al Balah.
With no access to prosthetics, he built his own from plastic pipes, refusing to give up.
He’s one of over 1,050 children in Gaza amputated since the war began, amid a severe shortage of prosthetic supplies and rehabilitative care.
