A massive blast flattened a military explosives plant in rural Tennessee, scattering debris for half a mile and leaving at least 19 people feared dead. Sheriff Chris Davis called it “one of the worst scenes” he’s ever witnessed. Authorities say no survivors have been found as investigations continue into what caused the explosion.
