At a parade marking the 80th anniversary of the ruling Workers’ Party of Korea, North Korean authorities unveiled a new intercontinental ballistic missile, the Hwasong-20.
According to the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA), it is “the most powerful nuclear weapon the country has ever produced.”
International dignitaries attended the parade, including China’s Premier Li Qiang, Russia’s Dmitry Medvedev and Vietnam’s To Lam.
