Sky’s Laura Bundock speaks to the father of 22-year-old Hannah Aitken, who tragically took her own life after spending four years in six different mental health units.
Three of the units were rated inadequate, and two were shut down while Hannah was still a patient. Her family are calling for changes to the law to restrict access to high-concentration poisons online.
