European Union countries have agreed to impose a 19th round of sanctions against Russia over the war in Ukraine. The measures include a ban on importing liquefied natural gas from Russia by 2027, the blacklisting of oil tankers used by Moscow, and restrictions on travel for Russian diplomats within Europe. The announcement was made by the Danish rotating presidency of the EU ahead of a summit in Brussels on Thursday. Victoria Innes reports from Brussels.
