Palestinian activist Mahmoud Khalil accused the Trump administration of trying to re-detain him through immigration court, over his pro-Palestinian activism at Columbia University.
Khalil appeared before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia on October 21, as the US government seeks to overturn the ruling that granted his June release after 100 days in immigration detention.
