Residents in the Indian capital New Delhi are struggling with ‘hazardous’ levels of air pollution after the Diwali festival. Officials say 34 of the 38 monitoring stations show air quality in the ‘red zone,’ which means ‘very poor’ to ‘severe.’ Matilda Mothoatlhaga reports.
