The Trump administration is backing up its threats against Venezuela with an enormous military build-up in the Caribbean. Joint military drills between the US and Trinidad and Tobago are currently under way, which Venezuela has condemned as a provocation. The US is also carrying out strikes on boats it insists are carrying narcotics, but it’s yet to support that claim with any proof. Craig Boswell reports.
