Andrew’s banishment from the royal family is largely welcomed by the UK • FRANCE 24 English

King Charles stripped his disgraced brother Andrew of the title "Prince" on October 30, 2025, and evicted him from his royal residence. It comes after weeks of pressure to act over Andrew’s relationship with sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. He will be known as Andrew Mountbatten Windsor and is expected to move to a property on the king’s Sandringham estate and receive private financial support from his brother.
