President Donald Trump has announced the resumption of US nuclear weapons tests to keep pace with other countries. While China has expanded its arsenal and Russia has conducted tests of ‘nuclear-powered weapons’, neither country is known to have carried out actual detonation tests in recent years. And the US decision has put many around the world on edge. Craig Boswell reports.
