In Serbia, thousands have gathered in the country’s second-largest city, Novi Sad, to mark one year since the railway station roof collapse that killed 16 people. The collapse sparked the country’s biggest protests in decades with many blaming government corruption, cost-cutting and Chinese contractors. Paul Hawkins has reports.
