One of the architects of the controversial 2003 American invasion of Iraq, Dick Cheney, has died at the age of 84.
The former US Vice President, alongside George W Bush, claimed Iraq had so-called weapons of mass destruction which were never found. Hundreds of thousands of Iraqis died during the invasion and subsequent occupation, which also killed 4,500 Americans. Paul Hawkins has more.
