Despite a fragile ceasefire and limited aid, displaced Palestinians in Gaza continue to endure harsh living conditions, limited transport and widespread devastation. Tens of thousands have been killed or injured, most of them women and children. Some wounded children are being evacuated abroad for medical treatment, yet reconstruction and lasting peace remain a distant hope. Shadia Edwards-Dashti has the story.
