On Victory Day in Azerbaijan, the day that commemorates Baku’s victory in the Second Karabakh War with Armenia five years ago. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan was there to show solidarity with close allies: the Azerbaijani President and the Pakistani Prime Minister.
