A mother was separated from her infant and husband when arrested by masked federal immigration agents during a traffic stop in Fitchburg, Massachusetts.
As agents tried to detain the man, he appeared to suffer a medical episode while one officer gripped his neck.
In a statement, a Department of Homeland Security spokeswoman described the woman as a “violent, criminal, illegal alien” from Ecuador, alleging she had assaulted a coworker in August and that a warrant had been issued for her arrest.
