The most senior military officer in this country, says the evolution of digital technology has changed war.
Speaking to Sky’s Trevor Phillips, the Chief of the Defence Staff, Sir Richard Knighton said that threats are changing and that "we need to modernise, we need to invest and improve the readiness".
He added: "The thing that I want to ensure is that we in the UK able to adapt our armed forces faster than our adversary".
