Modi vows justice as investigators probe possible terror link | DW News

A day on from a deadly blast which killed at least eight people in India’s capital, investigators are yet to reveal any indication as to who was behind it. Police are exploring a possible terrorism link, but say it would be premature to draw any conclusions. Indian prime minister Narendra Moda said all those responsible for the blast would be brought to justice. An interview with Ajai Sahni, counterterrorism expert and director at the Institute for Conflict Management in New Delhi.
