US Lawmakers in the House of Representatives are returning to Washington for a vote on a deal that will that will re-open the government. Their Senate colleagues passed a bill on Monday night to end the longest running shutdown in history. But, as our North America Correspondent Jon Brain reports, the vote has exposed increasing divisions within the Democratic party.
