The US government is set to officially reopen, following a record 43-day shutdown. President Donald Trump signed off on the bill after it narrowly passed the US House of Representatives on Wednesday. But while air travel and welfare assistance to millions are set to resume, Democrats warn of skyrocketing healthcare costs. Andy Roesgen reports from Washington.
