The European Union has imposed sanctions on Sudan’s Rapid Support Forces’ deputy chief over the targeting of civilians, sexual violence and denial of humanitarian access. The EU’s top diplomat Kaja Kallas says those responsible will be held accountable. Kristina Simich reports.
