Zelenskyy concerned Trump’s plan to end Ukraine war could cost Kiev its ‘dignity’ and ally status

"Ukraine may now face a very difficult choice, either losing its dignity or the risk of losing a key partner."

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has pushed back against Trump’s 28-point plan to end the war with Russia, saying Ukraine risks losing either its dignity or the US as an ally.

Following his remarks, Zelenskyy said on X that after a call with US Vice President JD Vance, Ukraine will work with the US and Europe, at an advisory level, to explore a peace plan for the war with Russia.
