At least 13 people have died in a fire that engulfed seven high-rise apartment buildings in a Hong Kong housing complex.
Authorities reported that nine people were pronounced dead at the scene on Wednesday, while four others who were hospitalised later died.
Around 700 residents have been evacuated to temporary shelters.
