With facilities destroyed and resources scarce, young people are still finding ways to train, stay active, and regain confidence — even as they live inside tents and damaged spaces.
Coaches and volunteers say physical strength is helping children cope with trauma, defend themselves, and reconnect with a sense of normal life.
