DC shooting suspect was member of CIA’s ‘death squad’ in Afghanistan

Afghan national Rahmanullah Lakanwal is accused of attacking US National Guard members in Washington DC on November 26. It’s since been revealed that before being brought to the US, he worked with a CIA unit in Afghanistan that’s described by rights groups as a “death squad.”
