The Palestinian Authority is accusing Israeli soldiers of executing two Palestinian men during raids in the occupied West Bank – describing Thursday’s attack as a deliberate war crime. The men were shot while surrendering to soldiers who part of a large-scale operation in the city of Jenin. Bassam Bounenni reports.
