US and Ukrainian officials completed several hours of talks on Sunday aimed at finding an end to the war between Russia and Ukraine. President Donald Trump’s 28-point proposal was widely seen as favouring Russia. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio says while the talks were productive, more work is needed. The meeting comes as US envoy Steve Witkoff heads to Moscow on Tuesday to hold talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Jon Brain reports.
