Family mourns child killed by Israeli army in occupied West Bank

Palestinian deaths in the occupied West Bank are rising amid reports of weak military oversight and excessive use of force by Israeli soldiers. The latest victim is nine-year-old Mohammad Al Hallaq, who was killed while playing football. Mohammad Elwan reports.
